This episode is dear to us for many reasons. Although we specialize in building new homes and have moved away from remodels, we couldn’t say no to family. Walt's youngest daughter, Michelle, and her fiancé, Stephen, recently bought their first home in Sarasota. They envisioned turning it into their dream starter home and sought our help to make that vision a reality.

With the big day just around the corner, we faced a tight deadline to complete the renovation. Our team worked tirelessly, dusting off the demo hammer and diving into the renovation with enthusiasm. From updating the kitchen to revamping the living spaces, every detail was meticulously planned and executed.
