 If you are outside of our building area of Hillsborough County, we also offer our floor plans for sale on a case-by-case basis.  The plans will need to be re-drawn for your area, per your local building codes, as the ones you purchase from us are engineered for use in Hillsborough County.  Purchase of a floor plan set is for the construction of one home and for purchaser's personal use only.
